AT&F’s headquarters, located in Cleveland since 1940, is home to some of our most impressive assets and the location of our corporate offices. Our main campus on Elmwood Avenue houses two separate operation units, Precision Processing and Heavy Fabricating. Aptly named, these units work closely to provide a full scope of forming capabilities. Thick steels, tight tolerances and challenging products are the forte of the AT&F team.
Our Precision Processing unit serves OEMs with high-quality fabrications to Aerospace, Construction, Mining, Rail, Infrastructure, and Defense customers. Our extensive capabilities include precision cutting (Waterjet, Laser, Robotic Beveling, HD Plasma, Oxy-Fuel), long forming, welding, and assembly. Our technology investment in specialized equipment and automation is unapparelled. Combine this with our well experienced, safety-minded team, and a dedication to providing the high-quality products through lean manufacturing and you have a winning combination. Each of our customers is assigned a project manager responsible for providing on-going customer support and feedback. Contact an AT&F team member today to talk about your fabrication needs.
Our ability to fabricate large components in Cleveland is unmatched. Since our inception in 1940, AT&F has put significant investment into some of the largest metal forming equipment possible. Few projects are too large for AT&F. We roll heavy plate, commonly 1 ½ - 12 inches. Complementing our rolling capabilities is our ability to machine, bevel, and weld to customer specifications.
AT&F's engineering team and estimators have years of experience leading the heavy rolling and forming industry. We are known for our ability to handle large projects and deliver superior quality components to various industries.
